GENERAL OVERVIEW

QoE Lite includes the same comprehensive financial diligence and analysis as our full Quality of Earnings. The difference is the final deliverable: Instead of a comprehensive PDF report with detailed commentary, you receive a clean, working Excel workbook with limited written commentary.

Our team completes the full QoE scope, including analysis of revenue, expenses, earnings, management adjustments, working capital, balance sheet items, and key financial risks. We package those findings in a working Excel workbook with a short executive summary, making QoE Lite a cost-effective option for buyers who need the same underlying diligence without a presentation-ready PDF report.

As with all of our services, our QoE Lite service offers unlimited client support so we'll be there to help and offer advice long after we've delivered our finalized report to you. Plus, you get direct access to your dedicated Rapid Diligence Certified Public Account (CPA) via phone, chat and email so they're always just a call away.
